172 unit apartment complex with two buildings of 45 feet and one at 56 feet, will be the tallest in the city. Includes a pool, courtyards, a play area for kids and an outdoor barbecue area. The project also includes a 12-foot wide paved path along 673 feet of the San Diego River Trail.
