Nathan brings 35 years of wide-ranging construction management experience to his responsibilities as Target’s VP of Operations. His responsibilities include all aspects of combined company project contracts from date of award to owner completion, a role that places him into constant contact with project managers, superintendents, and site personnel. Negotiating contracts, creating and maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and building relationships with both new and long-term clients all fall within his purview.

A 35-year veteran of the construction industry and a founder of Target Building Construction, Rich leads our company as its president—engaging with new initiatives, visiting job sites, and providing insight as possibilities and challenges arise. Rich’s values—his family orientation, his emphasis on team building, his focus on quality, safety, and timeliness—are the company’s values, and a key reason for our enduring success.

As a project estimator with more than a decade of experience in all phases of the construction process, Brad meets with clients to review and develop scope of work statements, undertakes quantity takeoffs, and works with subcontractors to obtain bids and conduct descope meetings. He studied Civil Engineering at Drexel University, completed the General Building Contractors Association ten-week estimating course, and has worked on numerous projects for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Bill has been our Director of Business Development since October 1st, 2007. In the Philadelphia Construction market, he is known for his personal touch with all of our clients and the design teams we work in conjunction with on all our projects. Bill is affectionately known as the "Pretzel Guy" and is very proud to be one of the faces representing our Target Team outside of the office.

Brianna is our in-house creative, applying the Target brand to print and online marketing materials and collaborating with photographers, writers, and other vendors on numerous strategic initiatives. She focused on Graphic Design Communication and earned her BS at Philadelphia University. She recently received her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Brianna is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the plans and programs that attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
