Scope Of Work
FoxArneson was awarded our 17th Woodman’s project for this 20-acre site in Buffalo Grove, IL which includes a 5-dispenser gas station, a 3-bay lube center and a 2-bay car wash.
FoxArneson assisted in site planning and evaluation including review of significant water drainage challenges and necessary road improvements. Construction during the winter months in 2017/2018 has also presented a few weather-related challenges. Nevertheless, the project is moving along on schedule and turning out to be another terrific project with Woodman’s Food Markets, Inc.
