Scope Of Work
DanCo was responsible for this multimillion-dollar architectural design from concept to the final carpentry and trim work. DanCo saw the project through the original takeoff, designing, engineering and completion, while managing 12 subcontractors. Efficient project management enabled DanCo and the subs to perform at optimum levels with the customer's priorities and timeline our focus. During the seven-month project, there were no accidents reported and we remained on budget. While managing the subcontractors, it was essential to maintain daily communication to ensure work was being performed in a timely manner, within budget and with safety as the highest priority.
