Scope Of Work
New 3-Story, 56,450 SF Multi-Use Arcade Building at the corner of Clinton Avenue and Commerce Drive in the River Market Area. This facility includes Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) Archival Space, 325-Seat Theater, Meadors Adams & Lee Insurance, Little Rock Film Festival Space, UA Clinton School of Public Service Space, AMR Architects Space, and the new Cache Restaurant.
