Scope Of Work
This project required removal of all pneumatic controls and replacement with DDC controls including existing pneumatic valve actuators and damper actuators. The new energy management system (EMS) controls and monitors all of the existing points as well as the replaced pneumatic control systems and the additional buildings. The HVAC Systems, at both the Marion and Fort Wayne Campuses of Veteran Administration Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS), communicate with the server located in Building 174 at the Marion Campus. The operator screens are viewable from the Engineering Control Center desktop computers at the Marion and Fort Wayne campuses.
