Scope Of Work
This 2 phase project involved the removal of walls to allow for the installation of individual workstations. These individual workstations are needed for consolidation to the National Blood Bank System.
Abatement was required for the removal of the GWB joint compound and VCT mastic. Valiant relocated existing and/or new sprinklers.
New fiber/data and copper/voice cables were routed from existing fiber and copper feed lines to the communication room via neat bundles and J-hooks.
This project included removal and replacement of flooring, painting, removal of floor cabinets and door frames, replace ceiling tiles, installation of cabinets and removal and addition of walls. Multiple disciplines were involved for MEP, medical gas, communications and architectural.
