Scope Of Work

Construction Support Solutions, LLC’s (CSS) work in the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building, located in downtown Chicago, Illinois, consists of managing the consolidation of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) office previously located in leased office space into a federally owned space designed and constructed on the 7th and 8th floors of the Metcalfe Building. CSS was retained by GSA to serve the CFTC Backfill Project at the Metcalfe Federal Building as Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) and Commissioning Authority (CxA) to provide commissioning services as the government’s consultant. The scope included design, construction, and post-construction services.
