Scope Of Work
The scope of this project is an addition to the seized cargo vault at the Broker Building Land Port of Entry Inspection facility in Detroit, MI, adjacent to the
Ambassador bridge. The designed project scope included an approximately 3,000 square foot addition constructed to security vault standards with tile-up precast concrete wall clad in brick veneer, and precast concrete plank roof construction. The design scope also includes substantial site improvements and renovations to existing office space.
