Scope Of Work
The Client wanted all sports flooring and carpet tiles throughout the athletic center.
After going over the proposal with the customer the sports flooring was over his budget, so I offered a commercial grade LVT.
The LVT is a great alternative however it did not provide enough cushion for his yoga room. With the LVT you can install a 3 mil rubber pad under and still qualify for the commercial warranty LVT provides.
We had agreed on a product and budget but there was one more issue. The athletic center was scheduled to be open in less then two weeks.
I had a rush put on the delivery of products and we were able to meet his deadline before his grand opening.
The customer was more then thrilled with myself and McNabb Flooring for being so accommodating and providing many options to achieve there dream of running a athletic center the had pictured for so many years.
