Built into frame a historic Chicago high-rise, this incredible needed a full-scale automation system that high-end performance centralized while using limited space available to not disturb superb aesthetic.

By utilizing two interconnected equipment racks, located in separate closets, Sound Specialists was able to ensure that all centralized hardware remained completely concealed. This 7,300 sq/ft unit boasted 15 audio zones, 8 video zones, 29 motorized shades, fire burglar , a robust data network, over 100 zones controlled lighting.
