Scope Of Work
CCDS performed concrete coring, cutting and breaking services for the installation of new plumbing, electrical, gas and water lines. Throughout the process of doing the work there was a substantial amount of tedious work involved to break out concrete for the installation of new floor drains, floor sinks and mop sinks. California Pizza Kitchen is a very large restaurant that has a large kitchen and large bar area, therefore it requires a lot of penetrations. There was about over 150 floor penetrations and about 30-40 recessed penetrations to accommodate floor sinks and floor drains.
