Scope Of Work
Construction of a Marilyn Monroe Spa Glamour Room franchise. This project consisted of a 5,400-s.f. luxury spa in the lobby level of the resort. This was the organization’s premier spa concept. It was complete with pedicure rooms, manicure bars, make-up bars, hairstyling rooms, treatment rooms, lounge, retail areas, women’s locker room and men’s locker room. Luxury finishes maintained the national brand and included extensive millwork packages, mosaic tile work and wall treatments. The project included complete M.E.P. and FP systems throughout. Construction: 120 days.
