Scope Of Work
Construction of a Marilyn Monroe Spas Glamour Room franchise. This project consisted of a 3,000 s.f. luxury build-out of a national spa chain. This was the organization’s local glamour room and spa concept. It was complete with pedicure rooms, manicure bars, make-up bars, hairstyling rooms and treatment rooms. The luxury finishes kept with the national brand and included extensive millwork packages, mosaic tile work and wall treatments. The project included complete M.E.P. and FP systems throughout. Construction: 90 days.
