Scope Of Work
Construction of an 80,437 s.f., 32-car basement garage and 3-level structure consisted of 10 retail units, 14 office units and 17 apartment units. The structure included a mix of architectural brickwork, cast stone and ornamental metals. The structure further featured a 2nd-floor trellis pedestrian bridge and an adjacent parking garage.
