This project entailed building an 8,000 sq. ft. assisted living facility at Chinle on the Navajo Reservation. Due to the poor soils on the project location, over excavation and back fill was required
for this project. Additionally, due to the drought, lagoon water had to be procured and used on the project. This project was delayed by the owner for approximately 10 months due to disputes with the local utility company. Due to our close relationship with our major subcontractors, we were able to return and complete the project at no additional cost to the owner in spite of this delay.
