Scope Of Work

Legacy at Crystal Lake Phase II is a Class A multi-family apartment community consisting of 242 apartment units. The community incorporates a detailed site plan that combines aesthetically appealing landscaping, ample and balanced parking space, thoroughly considered sidewalks, and brightly lighted grounds. The apartment buildings, property clubhouse, and various amenities are of high quality finish and coordinated with expert designers.

All apartment units contain kitchens equipped with a range, frost-free refrigerator with built-in icemaker, double stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Kitchen appliances feature upgraded black finishes and kitchen cabinetry consists of premium grade wood. All units include clothes washer and dryer set; the smaller units are provided a stacked combination set, while larger units include a full-size side-by-side combination. Other features include multiple, spacious walk-in style closets, garden tubs, ceiling fans, designer ceramic tile flooring, intrusion alarms, 9’ foot ceilings (select second-floor units have vaulted ceilings), and options for either a large balcony/porch or solarium.
