Scope Of Work
Admirals Walk is a 249-unit class “A” project located in Sarasota The project consists of 32 two-story private entry apartment buildings built around a centrally located lake. The community includes a beautiful clubhouse, business center, fitness center and entertainment area. Additionally, there is a grand resort style pool. The apartments include ceramic floors, garden tubs, gourmet kitchens and 9 foot vaulted ceilings. The project was completed in under 18 months.
