Scope Of Work
This was one of the first large tenant up-fit projects for our company. About five years ago we took a space in a historic building in downtown Norfolk and completed an adaptive reuse project for Urban Outfitters. Their store is now a beautiful feature on Granby Street. This successful project was showcased in the Virginia Pilot, link found below.
Daniel Sawyer, the Southeast district manager for Urban Outfitters, said, “I think it’s one of the prettiest stores I’ve seen that the company has put together.”

Since the successful completion of this project and the Virginia Beach Free People, Provost Construction has become a preferred contractor of Urban Outfitters and Free People.
