Scope Of Work
Located in the historic Selden Arcade in Norfolk, Virginia, we were happy to help design this treasure. We worked closely with Work Program Architects on this design, including the custom mezzanine.
With handmade wrought-iron railings, this mezzanine increased our client’s area of revenue by 407 ft². A wrap around bar with an open kitchen is the center of attention with exposed brick adding an interesting feature.
We left the original concrete and tile, partly for added savings, but also for the added character.
