Scope Of Work
A 3 story structure and laundry facility were severely impacted by Hurricane Harvey. The restoration included complete re-build and finish out of 8 dorms facility. New : Frame out, Insulation, MEP, Fire Suppression, Storefront Walls, Casework, Cabinetry, Drywall, Paint, Flooring, Concrete Spalling Repair, Re-stucco, Paint, Handrails. Our challenge was the aggressive time to complete the entire restoration in one semester period. We were able to deliver the project on -time and within budget. We received wonderful letter of appreciation from the Director of Extrnal Affairs.
