Scope Of Work
This was our first 'big" project since opening the door in 2014. This was done in 3 Phases. First the apartment side, then the back courtyard are and ended by the reception area.
Was a cool project as this was the old insane asylum that closed in the 90's. Lots of weird stories came from here back when it was still open.
We ended up planting 100 trees, countless shrubs and perennials. About 2 acres of seed, sod and straw.
