Scope Of Work

Joe Marty’s is an iconic establishment in the Land Park area just outside of downtown Sacramento.

The restaurant/bar had been closed for some time and suffered through fire damage resulting in a gut of the entire space. BCA worked with the new ownership group to bring the cold shell space in this historically preserved building back to its former glory and open the establishment in a new exciting way while still maintaining its historical roots. The resulting design provides enough nostalgia that the community can visit and reminisce of old times but is fresh enough to spark new interest and create brand-new memories.
