Scope Of Work
Bell is the Wet Side Mechanical and Plumbing contractor for this new 256,000 sq. ft. dual plane paint building that can accommodate the simultaneous painting of two Boeing 787 "Dreamliner" airplanes. It includes a Chiller Plant with three 1,600 ton chillers and two 400 ton chillers. The larger chillers have the ability to cool one paint bay through process air handlers, a pump house that holds three 300 HP pumps to move the condenser water from the chillers, and a boiler room that holds three 12,000 MBTU condensing boilers and three 500 ACFM process air compressors.
