Scope Of Work
The new 156,000 SF Medical Devices manufacturing facilities include:
Manufacturing Clean Room Areas
Warehouse for raw material and finished products storage
Office building for management, administrative support, IT and laboratory
The structure is a steel frame construction with exterior pre-cast concrete panels, slab on grade, elevated slab on mezzanine metal deck, built-up roofing, and masonry and gypsum interior walls.
The ground level will house, administrative offices, cafeteria, training rooms, laboratory, mechanical and electrical areas, clean rooms and packaging areas and a warehouse.
The mezzanine level will house mechanical & HVAC area and offices.
A new utility yard consisting of electrical substation, water tanks, emergency generator, cooling tower and a fire pump house.
Site work includes a new detention pond, guard house, parking areas, access roads, and landscaping.
