Scope Of Work
Club Meliá, at Coco Beach, in Rio Grande, the largest vacation club in Puerto Rico, completed in 2009, at a cost of $55M.
Scope included 135 studios and one bedroom apartments, pool area and a 30,000 SF building for sales and marketing offices, meeting areas, VIP Lounge, Fitness Center and Retail areas.
