Scope Of Work
Ritz Carlton Reserve, in Dorado, the first six-star hotel in Puerto Rico and the second one in the world. The hotel was built in an area of 1,400 acres, which was the former Dorado Beach Hotel. Completed in December 2012, currently pursuing USGBC LEED Silver Certification.
Scope included the construction of the hotel 115 beach front rooms, 13 Ritz Carlton Reserve Branded Residential units and 7 utilities buildings.
