Scope Of Work
- Excavation, back fill & compaction using existing spoils and back fill material for F/D and Trap Primers.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 PVC above slab, sanitary waste & vent piping.
- Furnish and install copper mains and branch lines for domestic water piping existing from old bathrooms.
- Furnish and install thermal pipe insulation.
- Furnish and install listed fixtures, equipment, materials and accessories.
- Sanitary sewer, domestic and storm water piping shall terminate 5 LF from foundation wall.
- All connections of piping past 5 LF shall be the responsibility of others.
- Note as discussed based on existing building layout there is already existing bathrooms being demolished and refinished to all new fixtures.
