Scope Of Work
- Excavation, back fill & compaction using existing spoils and back fill material. Any extra spoils will be taken to a dumpster that is on site. Dumpster by others.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 PVC above and below slab, sanitary waste & vent piping.
- Furnish and install domestic water main piping originating in building.
- Furnish and install copper mains and branch lines for domestic water piping.
- Furnish and install copper evaporator condensate piping with heat trace. Electrician to make final connection to heat trace.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 PVC HVAC condensate piping.
- Furnish and install thermal pipe insulation.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 black steel natural gas piping.
- Welding services are included.
- Furnish and install listed fixtures, equipment, materials and accessories.
- Flush system and sterilize domestic water piping.
- Final connections to all owner furnished equipment. (Plumbing equipment only)
