Scope Of Work
This new construction project included the addition of six new classrooms for Montessori and related support teaching spaces, two new kindergarten classrooms, an expanded administrative suite, bathroom upgrades to the existing elementary school, and HVAC and finish improvements. The site had to be expanded to accommodate SCDOT requirements for car pick-up queuing and bus drop-off and pick-up. Additional landscaping was provided for the City of Rock Hill downtown district.
