Scope Of Work
In 2013, J.M. Cope completed major renovations to Crowder’s Creek Elementary and various summer work packages totaling over $5M. This multi-phase renovation took place in and around an operating elementary school. Background checks and safety were of great concern to all parties, and the project was completed on schedule, without incident and with less than 2% cost variance.
