Scope Of Work
The scope included construction of a new two-story, 75,000 SF, kindergarten through third grade elementary school for the combined Language Immersion Academy, previously taught in three elementary schools and Sullivan Middle School. Programmatic spaces include classrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, breakout collaborative spaces, music, art, and administrative support spaces.
The new language Immersion Academy is attached to current Sullivan Middle School, 195,571 SF.
Sullivan Middle School was renovated to address accessibility issues, HVAC deficiencies, as well as provide needed programmatic classrooms, breakout collaborative spaces, and teaching spaces to complete and complement the creation of a kindergarten through eighth grade Language Immersion Academy.
