Scope Of Work
The Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences is a nautical enthusiast’s dream, offering marina lifestyle with 468 residences in two towers overlooking a 112 marina with slips up to 90 ft in length.
Provided design, engineering and permitting services as required to prepare complete permit plans with specifications therein to; provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install one (1) 12,000 gallon diesel and one (1) 12,000 gallon gasoline Glasteel II double wall underground storage tanks for multiple fuel dispensing on a Harbor Master floating fuel dock. Install one (2) 2” gasoline and one (1) 2” diesel double wall product piping from designated storage tank compartments to one (1) upland transition sump. Transition sump contains, SS ball valves, solenoid valves, and breakaway valves. Piping continues thru seawall, under gangway, and within Harbor Master dock pvc product pipe chases to two (2) Pump Measure Control Commander duel hose dual product dispensers each with 100 ft of hose on stainless steel electric hose reels.
