Scope Of Work

The Club at Admirals Cove Marina is not just another place to dock your boat; it is an oasis for the discerning mariner who wants to enjoy the best of everything! The Admirals Cove experience combines a complete lifestyle with deep-water access to the sparkling blue waters of South Florida on the beautiful Gold Coast.

This Jupiter marina accommodates boats up to 130 feet and is considered a natural weather refuge for yachts. Admirals Cove is a prime location, with fast ocean access making boating to your favorite destinations quick and easy.

The marina is located on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of Channel Marker 21 in Jupiter, Florida, at 26 degrees, 54 minutes, 58 seconds NORTH by 80 degrees, 05 minutes, 39 seconds WEST. The Jupiter Inlet is just two miles to the north and the Port of Palm Beach is only eight miles south.

The Club at Admirals Cove boasts one of the finest marinas in South Florida and a thriving Jupiter Yacht Club having more than 300 Members, and many events planned through the active months of November to June. Dinner dances, day cruises, long cruises, and our fabulous Docktail Parties, are just some of the exciting events set up each year by a very active Bridge of Officers.

The Project includes the installation of 3” underground diesel and 3” gasoline fuel distribution double wall piping including an onshore transition sump with required safety valves. The new double wall piping will be tied to the existing underground fuel distribution system at the marina located approximately 400  feet landward of the existing bulkhead.

Fuel tanks are existing and not a component of this project. The onshore double wall piping will be routed through existing 4” sleeves previously installed through the bulkhead structure.

Water ward of the bulkhead, the project includes the installation of over-water UPP 3” diesel and 2” gasoline fuel distribution UL-971 double wall Marina piping including Bravo dispenser sumps, fittings, valves and all required electrical / communication components.

The requirements were to route / install over-water piping through a fixed / and Technomarine USA  floating dock system including 60’ gangway that are currently under construction by the Tchnomarine USA.

Two (2) Diesel Pump Measure Control FH-510 dispensers and Two (2) Gasoline Pump Measure Control FH-510 marina dispensers  with internal hose reels were be provided and installed  by the PMC,LLC.
