Our special inspection agency and commissioning authority are on the leading edge of innovation and technology. We are fully accredited across all disciplines utilizing all in house personnel. This coupled with our state of the art materials testing laboratory completes a unique, full service firm providing combined services for your project from inception to completion and post occupancy.

Our professional staff of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineers can guide your project from inception, through design, into the acceptance phase and the close out phase. Our services range from the design phase with our design team; to foundation construction, superstructure, and fitout oversight and certification by our inspection agency and testing laboratory. We continue our services to provide operational testing of MEP building systems with our commissioning team, and finally we provide the certification TR forms verifying construction completeness and project close out as the owner’s Special Inspection Agent. Once a facility is occupied, we continue to offer system optimization through energy analysis, retro-commissioning and maintenance operations support.
