Scope Of Work
Market Square IV was is a senior affordable multifamily project utilizing Low income housing tax credits and VHDA financing. Our reconstruction team worked to resolve some difficult site conditions that were a result of the land being used as a fill site for the previous construction within the development.
We came up with a solution that was both cost effective and within the project timelines. We continued to work through the project on time and on budget for the client. Here is what they said about us.
