People
We believe that we have some of the best and brightest people in the construction industry and constantly invest in those people to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. Training, goal setting, and accountability are all part of the culture of UrbanCore. We all do what we say we are going to do, and do not tolerate otherwise.

Planning
At UrbanCore we believe planning is the number one most important thing that we do as construction managers. We plan out how projects will go from two dimensional drawings to physical things we can all see and touch. This planning is what sets us apart. We dive deep into how we are going to get projects completed on time, on budget, safely and efficiently. This planning process forces us to be proactive about issues and ways to resolve them.

Process
We think process is the driver of our ability to consistently providing an amazing customer experience (one of our 5 core values) for our clients. Our process drives our experience into each job via checklists, meeting check-ins, schedules, and prior lessons learned. Our process has been evolving and will continue to evolve as look to continue to strive for excellence in what we do.
