Scope Of Work
22,000 square foot building includes offices, meeting rooms, training classroom, exercise facility, outdoor gathering spaces and more. Until 2014, Sweetman Construction housed their divisions in separate buildings. Employees of Concrete Materials and their sister companies - Rail to Road and Ellis & ern Rail - would take to their cars or brave cold and snowy walks in order to work with each other. Using the input of employees from all divisions, a new corporate office was envisioned that would take the company into the future. Led by President Pat Sweetman and Division Engineer Billy Pollema, the new space is designed for comfort, productivity and growth.
