Scope Of Work
Since the 1960s, Habitat for Humanity has been dedicated to making homeownership possible for low-income families worldwide. Since 1990, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) has built, rehabilitated, and repaired more than 700 homes in Los Angeles County. Bernards was proud to join forces with Habitat LA as the construction manager for the Keeler/Elliott Development in Burbank, California.
This affordable housing community was developed in partnership with the Burbank Redevelopment Agency and the Burbank Housing Corporation. The scope of work included demolition of existing residences and construction of two buildings: a three-story seven-unit structure; and a two-story five-unit structure.
