Scope Of Work
The new Fellowship Hall and Classroom Building included the substantial re-build of an existing classroom building with administration offices, a new central plant, and major site improvements.
Bernards worked closely with the client and architect throughout preconstruction to provide a baseline budget and continually updated estimates to monitor design development of the north campus project.
