Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a complete / exterior remodel of the 92-unit Marine Park apartment complex located in the heart of Boulder on Broadway. All finishes were replaced, and MEP upgrades were completed throughout the building including new boilers in each tower.
This high end student housing project is one of many developments completed by Brickstone Partners in Boulder, CO.
This project was completed while half of the building remained occupied. Bristlecone successfully worked with city requirements on code upgrades to complete this project ahead of schedule.
