Scope Of Work
Bristlecone Construction removed all decking and waterproofing over the entire 5th floor level terraces. Our team re-waterproofed the terraces and rebuilt decking with new pavers.
In addition, we re-built parapet walls to comply with new codes and repainted all windows, doors and sills on the 5th level and penthouses.
