Scope Of Work
Bristlecone Construction was selected by Real Architecture to construct the $6m, 20-unit, mixed-use development near the Denver Highlands. The first floor includes high end retail and two floors of market rate apartments with a fantastic rooftop deck.
This was a unique project mixing wood framing and steel above the underground parking structure in lieu of a traditional podium deck. This building features over 9,000 SF of commercial space on the first floor and features an almost full brick veneer façade.
