Scope Of Work
Located at 23 S Downing is one of six apartment building that comprise the Country Club Gardens. The building was constructed in 1940 and consists of three stories above grade with a basement. The historical renovation includes partial demolition to provide an upgraded floor plan, new MEP devices and equipment, and all new finishes.
