Scope Of Work
Bristlecone Construction completed the multi-family of the 220-unit complex near the University of Colorado’s campus.
The project was completed in two phases allowing for partial occupancy throughout construction. The first phase demolished all finishes and life safety upgrades.
The second phase involved removing walls, upgrading units to ADA compliance and new room layouts. A new 480 bike storage unit was built to house bikes in a secure location and complete landscaping
