Scope Of Work
This was our 1st project and is located in Phoenix, AZ. We worked closely with Dr. Demain as his representative during property acquisition, financing, design and construction of this multi tenant medical building. His practice is located in this building and he is fully leased with 3 other tenants. This is a very attractive and functional building and is an outstanding asset for the Dr.
