Scope Of Work

This exceptionally complex project constructed in 2000-2003 called upon virtually every professional service offered by The C.W. Courtney Company. From preparation of land use exhibits used during a zoning law suit that was taken to the Ohio Supreme Court, to Construction Management Services, The C.W. Courtney Company was involved in every aspect of the project, including: Exhibit preparation for zoning lawsuit, Boundary, Topographic, Consolidation and Split Surveys, Environmental Permitting, Field Supervision of preliminary clearing and grading activities, Development of project master plans, Design of offsite roadway and utility services, Design of project access roadway involving multiple reciprocal use easements, coordination with multiple owner interests and area residents, Design of storm water management facilities, Landscape Design, Review of site specific development plans, Construction management, and Generation of record drawings.
