Dennis Brewer's Bio
Dennis began his construction career in Baytown, Texas where he
worked as a carpenter and superintendent on various petrochemical and
refinery constructionprojects.
Starting in 1980 while
working with a laboratory construction contractor, he began developing
a unique skill set in laboratory and technical facility construction.
Most of the client base for those projects were industrial
and commercial in nature. From 1987 – 1991, he lived in California
where he worked with clients on projects that involved biotechnical,
pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.
Dennis has
the capability and experience to support projects across the nation.
He is skilled in conceptual estimating, preconstruction services,
project development, and project management for
the design build project delivery method.
With
experience that runs the gamut from carpenter to Vice
President/General Manager to Owner, Dennis brings a broad range of

facility project.

Nathan Brewer's Bio
Nathan’s construction career began in high school where he spent his
summers working as a field helper. He later went on to work various
jobs, including a position as a laboratory technician at Texas
A&M, until he decided it was time to get back into construction.
In 2005, Nathan began his full-time construction career in the
laboratory and technical facility construction industry working with
clients in industrial and commercial environments. He took an early
interest in safety and has continually expanded his safety education
and knowledge throughout his career.
Nathan works with each client prior to project start to
identify potential job site safety issues. He combines their safety
goals with his own to develop a project specific safety training
program. Upon project completion, he works with the client’s employees
on laboratory safety, fume hood operation and maintenance, and air
flow testing.
His experience includes the roles of project manager, service
and maintenance manager, safety director, and administrator of safety
manuals and training programs. He is a leader of project safety teams
assembling Accident Hazard Analysis, a developer of reliable site
safety and emergency action plans, sets up inspection processes for
tools, machinery, and equipment, and handles day-to-day safety operations.

Travis Brewer's Bio
Travis began his construction career working in the field installing
casework and servicing laboratories. He worked his way to a
superintendent position running new construction and renovations for

pre-construction services specializing in estimating. Working in
every aspect of the business, from the field to management, Travis has
a well-rounded knowledge of what it takes to put a project together
from start to finish.
He is skilled in conceptual
