Scope Of Work

This house was one of the oldest estates in Kings Point, NY built on a 2+ acre land more than a century ago. We fully restored all original features while adding major plaster moulding design, a blend of traditional American, colonial and Victorian design elements into the house. My company East Coast Design & Contracting (now incorporated under Coast to Coast Construction) teamed up with the owner/builder and my company's expertise in plaster moulding and millwork restoration and installations brought a significant elegance to the house that significantly increased its market value at the time from under $4,000,000 value prior to restoration to $12,000,000 according to 2007 estimate after spending under $1,200,000 for overall design and construction.
