Scope Of Work
Pressure wash the entire parking area (270,000 sq/ft) and all adjacent sidewalks and walkways
Restrip all existing layout of parking area (>600 spaces + all line, sinage, and curb)
Softwash all buildings to remove all mildew and dirt
Remove rust stains from dumpster area and from around sprinkler areas
Apply mildew inhibitor to all surfaces
Apply sealant to all exposed stone
